In developing a business complex to attract national companies, the Trade Centre in Portage, Michigan wanted a professional sign program designed with the flexibility of future tenants in mind. SignArt worked with American Village Builders, The Hinman Company and Yamasaki Associates to develop a buildable sign program for the complex. The signs have a bold appearance along I-94 but leave space for tenants in leased space to create their own identity.
