SignArt started from scratch to produce an attractive and lasting sign for Greenbriar Apartments in Holland, Michigan. The location of the sign needed grading and landscaping before and after construction. SignArt took the lead in the entire project and made sure contractors delivered for Greenbriar Apartments. The sign features high-output T-8 fluorescent lighting designed to last in cold climates and energy-saving electronic ballasts. The masonry construction and landscaping were designed to enhance the sign and compliment the grounds of the complex.
