Some projects are just fun. When Food Dance, an organic restaurant and market specializing in locally sourced food, opened a new location in historic downtown Kalamazoo, SignArt collaborated with visionary designers and contractors. Working closely with Food Dance Cafe, the Miller-Davis Company, the Arcus Foundation and Lucky Dog Media — titans of Kalamazoo development — SignArt created a unique and vibrant sign reflecting the cafe’s identity while complimenting the history of it’s building. The sign, like the cafe, has become an icon of Kalamazoo’s downtown urban redevelopment.
